I starting using the Fetch Rewards app a few months ago after a suggestion from a friend. And now, I’m hooked! The points add up a lot faster than I thought, it’s so easy to use, and you can get free gift cards to so many different retailers.
How to Earn Free Gift Cards with the Fetch Rewards App + Fetch Rewards Code
I’ll show you how to use the Fetch Rewards app to start earning free gift cards, and make sure to use my Fetch Rewards code to get extra bonus points!
Here’s how the Fetch Rewards app works:
1. Get the free app.
Look for the Fetch Rewards app in your app store. It’s free to download and free to use.
2. Use my Fetch Rewards code to get bonus points when you sign up.
When you sign up, the app will ask you for a referral code if you have one.
You don’t have to use one, but it will get you free bonus points. It’s usually 2,000 bonus points, but sometimes even more if there is a special promo going on.

Enter that code when you sign up to get your free bonus points. These points will show on your account when you scan your first receipt.
3. Scan your grocery receipts.
When you go grocery shopping, make sure to save your receipts so you can scan them into the app for points.
All you have to do is tap the middle scan button on the app, take a picture of your receipt, and submit it.
Once submitted, your points will appear.
You will get a different amount of points for each receipt, depending on what offers they have at the time.
With the Fetch Rewards app, you don’t have to select offers you want to redeem. You just shop like normal, and the app does the rest for you.
4. Redeem free gift cards when you have enough points available.
I was skeptical of how fast the points would add up at first, but I was pleasantly surprised!
The points add up faster than you would think.
I just scan my receipts, and forget about it for a while. I’m saving my points to earn gift cards to buy Christmas gifts.
You could save your points for Christmas gifts, birthday presents, treating your family to a dinner out every once in a while, or buy things you normally don’t budget for.
There are tons of retailers you can get gift cards for.

Amazon, movie theaters, tons of restaurants, tons of big name stores, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, fast food stores, CVS, air lines, and so much more!
Make a plan of how you want to spend your points, and you will be motivated to keep using the app!
Why I love Fetch Rewards:
This is the easiest app I have found to earn free gift cards. Dare I say, maybe even better than Ibotta.
I do love that Ibotta allows you to get PayPal cash instead of gift cards, but the Fetch Rewards app is much simpler and easier to use.
You don’t have to select any offers and view any advertisements to earn free gift cards. Just shop like normal, scan your receipt, and earn points.
The points add up a lot faster than you would think, and before you know it, you have enough for a free gift card to your choice of many stores.
You can get a gift card for as little as $3, or let your points build up more and cash out for a much larger gift card.
There is also a system where you can share your referral code with your friends that allows you to earn free points, and your friend gets the same amount of free points.

You can also use it to help you keep track of your grocery budget. The app keeps track of your spending for the month and year, and breaks it down into the different stores you shopped at.

Only one negative…
The only negative I have about the app is that the stores you can scan receipts for is limited.
Right now, the app allows you to scan receipts for grocery stores, convenience stores, liquor stores, big box stores, and anywhere else you purchase grocery products.
Maybe in the future they will include more stores!
