Looking for a free printable 4 week meal planner set? In this post, I’m sharing my brand new free PDF download for monthly meal planner printables!

Have you ever thought about creating a whole month of meal plans, and then just repeating them every month, so you never have to meal plan again?

Well, if you haven’t thought about that until now, I’m sure you are thinking that sounds pretty great!

That’s exactly what I decided to do.

I’ve been making weekly meal plans for years now, and can do so pretty quickly. But, it still takes a few minutes and some brain effort – both of which seem a little hard to find with a busy toddler and a baby on the way right now!

So, I decided to make it wayyyyyy easier on myself, and make 4 weeks worth of meal plans that we will just repeat until I feel like making 4 new ones.

And, it’s been working really well!

Want to try it out?

I wrote down a big list of our favorite meals that are quick, easy, and need just a few ingredients. I even included some favorite freezer meals for the weekends when I don’t want to come inside to cook!

Here’s how to use this free printable 4 week meal planner set:

  1. Grab the free monthly meal planner printables here and print out.
  2. Make a list of your family’s favorite meals that are quck and easy.
  3. Use the weekly meal planner worksheets to make 4 weekly meal plan.
  4. Laminate them or use sheet protectors so they will be sturdy and durable.
  5. Start with week 1 meal plan, go through all the meal plans, and then start back with week 1.

I have really enjoyed having these meal plans ready to go, so I don’t have to think about making a meal plan or coming up with great meals.

All the work is already done!

I’m really happy I laminated my meal plans, so I can easily wipe them off in the kitchen and reuse them over and over.

I stuck a clothespin on my cabinet, and keep my meal plan next to my sink, so I can easily see it every day.

A few more reasons to make 4 weeks of meal plans to use over and over:

  • You will get really good at making those dinners!
  • You can stock up on ingredients you use often when you see a great deal – since you’ll be making the same dinners rather frequently.
  • But, your family won’t get tired of the meals too quickly, because you’ll only have them about once a month.
  • You can definitely include your top favorites in more than one meal plan if you like – make it work for you!
  • For meals that can be frozen, you can make a double batch the first time, then freeze another meal to have ready for the next time it’s on the meal plan.
  • And, it really will save you so much time and set you up with a simple meal plan system that requires little effort.
