Do you have an Instant Pot? I got one for Christmas and am loving it!!

It’s so easy to use and dinner gets done a lot faster with less work!

I wanted to find some new recipes to add to our normal meal rotation. So, I’m cooking all meals in the Instant Pot for a week!

Planning a week of Instant Pot meals for dinner will help me get dinner on the table fast and with little effort.

A Week of Instant Pot Meals

Plan a week of Instant Pot meals to make dinnertime easier, save money, and save a lot of time. Use your pressure cooker to make delicious meals in little time. These simple recipes and freezer meal instructions make cooking so much easier!

If you don’t have an Instant Pot, this is the exact one I have and love!! Everything we’ve made so far has been so good!

I love how you can put all the ingredients in one pot and everything comes out cooked perfectly. Less mess and a delicious dinner!

If you have an Instant Pot, but don’t know how to use or how to get started – check out this Electric Pressure Cooking course to learn how amazing it really is!

Week of Instant Pot meals made even easier with My FreezEasy

To make this week of Instant Pot meals even easier, I grabbed recipes from My FreezEasy.

My FreezEasy is an awesome website to find recipes and freezer cooking plans.

The creater, Erin, has all the recipes categorized. So, I just went to the Instant Pot category, choose some yummy Instant Pot meals, and made myself a menu and freezer cooking plan.

I chose 5 simple Instant Pot meals and plan to make these all up at the beginning of the week as freezer meals. I’ll make 2 of each meal, so I will have meals for the week and 5 extra freezer meals.

My FreezEasy has an awesome feature where you can choose how many servings you want for each meal, so everything is customized perfectly for your family.

They have recipes in many different categories (special diets and eating preferences) and for all tastes.

The Instant Pot Meals

I chose simple recipes and mostly chicken, so I can just buy a bulk pack of chicken.

Since these aren’t my recipes, I can’t share them here but you can check them out at My FreezEasy.

Instant Pot 5 Ingredient Chili

I have some ground beef in the freezer that I got marked down at Kroger to use for this.

Instant Pot Baja Shredded Chicken Tacos

We love tacos and I have tortilla chips and salsa already to go with these.

Instant Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu

I’ve never had this kind of chicken before, so I’m counting it as one of my 3 new recipes to make this month!

Instant Pot Crack Chicken

Anything with the crack in the recipe name has to be good, right?

Instant Pot Enchilada Chicken

This sounds so yummy and warm since it’s cold here!

I love that My FreezEasy includes everything you need to make this as simple as possible.

With your meal plan and freezer meal instructions, you get:

  • A recipe card for each meal with ingredients needed, cooking directions, and assembly directions for freezing the meals.
  • Complete shopping list by recipe (if you want to see what you need for each recipe individually – includes side items)
  • Shopping list by store section (if you want to buy all the ingredients – they are categorized by store sections)
  • Freezer meal prep shopping list by recipe (everything you need to buy to make the freezer meals)
  • Freezer meal prep shopping list by store section (I love how easy these lists make grocery shopping!)
  • Meal assembly instructions (what needs to be cooked or diced to prepare the specific meals you selected)
  • Assembly by recipe instructions (tells you exactly what to add to each bag for the freezer meals)

We’ve got a lot going on this week and it’s cold so a week of Instant Pot meals for the win!
