Ibotta’s most popular category is groceries, and for good reason! You can find your grocery store in the app and select the offers you plan to purchase. After you go grocery shopping, you just take a picture of your receipt and cash will be loaded to your account. I love the any brand offers!

Save on craft supplies
I love making crafts and anything DIY, so if I can get cash back on craft supplies I’m a happy girl! Shop on the Ibotta app for cash back from Joann’s and other craft retailers. Just go to Find Offers and select the Crafts & Gifts category.

Save on gifts
Get cash back when buying gifts when you shop through the Ibotta app. You can shop at many popular stores, like Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Etsy, Amazon, and many more.

Save on household items
Use the Ibotta app to save on household items like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Just select the store you will be shopping at, find the offers you plan to purchase, and upload your receipt.

Get cash back on home and electronics through the Ibotta app. You can shop at Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, World Market, Big Lots, and more. (The items are pretty selective, but it’s worth checking out before making a purchase.)

Ibotta regularly has bonus offers, like if you redeem so many offers, you get a bonus. Or, a back to school offer where you get $5 cash back for redeeming a certain offer.

What to do with your cash back:
When you earn cash back, you can withdraw your money into your PayPal account, Venmo account, or on a gift card.
If you want to increase your savings, I would add the money to PayPal or Venmo. Earning gift cards is great for buying gifts around the holidays or stocking up for when you need to buy a gift.
