Why You Need to Start Freezer Cooking
How does getting dinner on the table in record timing with little effort sound?
Freezer cooking will save you hours in the kitchen, creating more time to do what you love.
By working ahead and stocking your freezer with meals your family will love, you will be able to feed your family a delicious meal, without the stress and without sacrificing time away from them. Once you have your freezer stocked, you can just grab a meal, heat, and serve your family a delicious meal.
The best part?
These freezer meals are super easy to put together, very budget friendly, great for beginner cooks, perfect for picky eaters, and just about as simple as you can get.
That’s right – you won’t find any complicated recipes, super expensive ingredients, or any fuss.
We’re sticking to the basics here, because you don’t need complicated or expensive. You need to feed your family a great meal, and actually be able to hang out with them.

Freezer cooking is a life saver.
When we first got married, I really didn’t know how to cook many different meals. Like maybe 3 things. And since we live out in the country, I had no other option than to learn to cook and eat at home.
I still haven’t learned to cook any fancy recipes, but what I have learned to do is consistently cook a homemade meal that we enjoy. And get dinner on the table so we don’t starve.
The single best thing I ever taught myself in the kitchen is how to cook meals for the freezer. Because, cooking a homemade meal every night is a lot of work! And time! And effort! I’ve got better things to do with my time.
I started with one meal I knew I could make really well, spaghetti sauce. I made a HUGE batch and froze all the leftover sauce in perfect portions for the two of us. Then, I moved on to another recipe. And another.
And now… my husband calls me crazy because I make 80 meals at once, or cook for the whole month ahead. But does he complain when dinner is on the table every night? You guessed it.
I’ll show you how to get started with freezer cooking, like baby beginner steps, so you can get your freezer stocked and have more time for the things you love. Then, you can work through the 6 different freezer cooking plans, and find a perfect system to get dinner on the table fast with little effort.
You’re going to love it!

We’re on a mission to live a simple and frugal life. That looks different to everyone, but to us it looks like this:
– Learning to cook and eat at home
– Making do with what we have
– Learning to live without
– Making saving our hard earned money a priority
– Paying off our debt as quick as we can
– DIY’ing everything we can
– Setting goals and working hard to reach them
– Never settling
Freezer cooking is one of the BEST THINGS I have
ever taught myself. It’s allowed us to save a lot of
time and money, waste less, and
stay home more (our favorite place).
