Here are my must haves from Harbor Freight!
1. Paint brushes
I’m the world’s worst at washing out paint brushes. And I use them so often, that I’ve decided to just buy cheap ones, wash them a couple times, and throw them away.
I love these simple and cheap paint brushes from Harbor Freight!
2. Chip brushes
I use these cheap chip brushes for staining and sealing. They work great and are cheap enough to just throw away after the job.
3. Foam Paint Brushes
This foam paint brush set is perfect for any projects and a great price!
4. Paint Roller
This is a great cheap paint roller.
5. Paint Tray
This is a cheap paint tray that will help you save on your painting projects.
6. Terry Cloth Staining Pads
A great price on this pack of staining pads.
7. Canvas Drop Cloth
These are so handy to have and this is a great price on this drop cloth.
Or you can use these plastic disposable drop cloths.
8. Painter’s Tape
Save on painter’s tape with this tape from Harbor Freight.
9. Paint Pail with Brush Clip
These paint pails are super handy to have for touching up paint.
10. Putty Scraper Set
These putty scrapers are really nice to have on hand. I use these to touch up holes in the drywall and smooth wood filler on furniture.
11. Sanding Sponges
These sanding sponges are great for drywall repair projects and more.
12. Palm Sander
I love my Ryobi sander, but this palm sander has great reviews and looks like a great buy for the price!
13. Sand paper and sanding pads
Harbor Freight has really great prices on sanding pads and sand paper.
14. Microfiber Cleaning Cloths
We love these microfiber cleaning cloths, especially for the price!
15. Hammers
They have a good selection and really cheap prices on hammers.
16. Screwdrivers
I have a set of the Pittsburgh screwdrivers and love them!
17. Tape Measure
They have really good prices on tape measures and great reviews!
18. Moving Blankets
I have so many of these moving blankets and use them all the time. They have held up great and the prices are really good!
19. Work Lights
They have a really good selection of work lights with great prices and great reviews!
20. Gloves
We wear out a pair of gloves pretty quick, and have found these to be the best buy.
They hold up well, but if we lose them or mess them up, we didn’t waste much money.
21. Casters
They have a great selection of casters and really great prices. You could use these for furniture projects!
22. Paint Sprayer
We have tested out using a paint sprayer on furniture, and it works really well!
Harbor Freight has several affordable paint sprayers with great reviews!
23. Glue
They have a great selection of glues and great prices!
24. Router and routing bits
Great prices on routers for wood working projects.
I bought this set of router bits and love it!
25. Air Compressor
If you want more powerful tools, you can get an affordable air compressor and air powered tools.

One of my favorite power tools is my nailer, or nail gun. Harbor Freight has a good selection of nailers at great prices.
27. Stapler
This stapler, or staple gun, is very similar to what I use and it has great reviews!
28. Workbench
We built our own workbench, but I still eye these work benches every time we go in the store.
29. Tarps
These tarps come in handy for so many things and they are so cheap!
30. Hardware
I’m not going to list all the pieces, but they have tons of great hardware at really good prices.
31. Storage
Harbor Freight has a great selection of well priced storage containers.
