I wanted to make a super simple and easy DIY Easter bucket using my Cricut Explore.
This project turned out so cute and it was so, so easy to make! I’ll show you how to make your own DIY Easter bucket just in time for Easter!
You can use your DIY Easter bucket to fill with goodies for kids or your husband, or to keep all the Easter eggs they find.
This project is super frugal, super easy, and super cute!
Easy DIY Easter Bucket using Cricut Explore
Bucket – I got mine from Dollar Tree (you can find similar buckets on Amazon)
Assorted vinyl (I used teal and hot pink)
*If you don’t have a Cricut machine, you can still make this project! Use scrapbooking stickers and letters instead of making the vinyl decals. You could also try Sharpie style markers or paint.

Create your images in Canva.
I love using the free site, Canva, to create my images and text for Cricut projects. Alternatively, you can search for an image on Google, and save it to your computer. You are welcome to save the following images. Just right click, and click save image as to save the image to your computer.
Upload the bunny image to Cricut Design Space.
You will select new project, upload image, find your bunny image, select the area to cut, and upload the image to your new project.
Size and cut the bunny image.
Your size will depend on your bucket size. For mine, I made my bunny about 4″ x 5″. I used a hot pink vinyl for the bunny image.
Upload the Happy Easter image to Cricut Design Space.
Find your Happy Easter text image, select the areas to cut, and upload the image to your new project.
Size and cut the Happy Easter text.
Decide where you want your text and how large. Size it and cut the text out. I used a teal vinyl and sized my text to 9″ long.
Apply the bunny and Happy Easter vinyl decals.
Use transfer tape to move your images onto the bucket. Place the bunny in the center on one side, and the Happy Easter image centered on top of the bunny.
Fill with goodies!
Create a Easter treat for your kids or husband with this sweet DIY Easter bucket filled with snacks, treats, and Easter goodies.
